SIR: Release of Draft Electoral Roll on Dec 16

Udaipur, Dec 16, 2025 - After the completion of the first phase of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR), the Election Commission of India (ECI) will on Tuesday (December 16) publish the draft electoral roll. This list will be available on the websites of the CEO Rajasthan and the respective District Election Officers (DEOs). The ASD (Absentee/Shifted/Dead/Already Enrolled) list will also be available in accessible format on the websites.

Additionally, all 41 District Election Officers of the State will also share the draft electoral rolls of 61,136 polling booths which were formed after the reorganisation of 199 Assembly Constituencies — with representatives of recognised political parties.

All DEOs have been told to urge voters to check their names in the electoral roll. If a voter’s name is not found, they should be informed about submitting Form 6 along with a declaration form to get their name included. As per SIR guidelines, no name can be removed from the draft electoral roll without giving the concerned ERO/AERO an opportunity for a hearing and issuing a written order.

All DEOs have been instructed to ensure the immediate appointment of BLOs and supervisors at the newly-formed polling stations.
