River bed areas fall under construction prohibited zone but encroachers have gone ahead and are running their businesses here. One such area is that of Dagliyon ki Magri talab which runs alongside Bhuwana main road.

Encroachers took hold of this river bed and made shops using tin-shades and containers. These shops have been rented out and are being used as restaurants, service centres and for other activities. 

It is quite shocking that administration is unaware of these illegal activites and obviously no action has yet been taken against the encroachers. 

Some people are using this river bed for farming purposes. Temporary shops  are carrying out many commercial activities alongside the 60 feet road. How could this miss the sight of administration? UIT patwari said that the office has come to know of this issue and action will be taken soon against those who are carrying out  illegal commercial activities here.
