Udaipur Local News: e-KYC is Mandatory to Continue Subsidy Benefits on Domestic LPG

UdaipurTimes, July 30, 2026 | Udaipur Local News: Domestic LPG consumers are required to get their e-KYC done before August 15 as per directives of the Government. This is mandatory and required in order to continue receiving subsidy for domestic LPG consumption under the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojna scheme of the government as well as the general DBTL LPD Subsidy Scheme of the governement of India.

Gas agencies in Udaipur and the state have begun to send alert messages to their registered consumers and door-to-door hawkers are also communicating the requirement.

How to Get e-KYC Done

Consumers can get their e-KYC done both in offline as well as online mode. Consumers need to visit their suppliers office with their Bank Passbook, Aadhar Card and get their biometric authentication done using their mobile number. This can also be communicated through the hawkers. Additionally, for the sake of convenience, it is also possible to get the authentication done through myLPG app or the OneApp of Indian Oil and even through the Aadhar Face RD App.
