  • Didwana-Kuchaman, Sirohi, Beawar, Karauli, and Phalodi Districts recorded significant growth, exceeding 50% in approved applications compared to the last month,
  • New electricity connection disposal time reduced from an average of 20 days to 10 days in 2026 ,
  • Approval of a tourism project reduced from 22 days to an average of 16 days in 2026

 

 

Udaipur, July 18, 2026 | Rajasthan Government News: Government of Rajasthan has recorded significant progress in improving the Ease of Doing Business through its deregulation initiatives and the RajNivesh Single Window System, as reflected in the Monthly Impact Assessment for June 2026.

According to the report issued by the Chief Secretary's office, during April–June 2026, over 30,000 applications were received on the RajNivesh portal, with more than 17,000 approvals granted. In June alone, 10,908 applications were received, reflecting a sharp increase in usage and improved investor outreach. Chief Secretary V. Srinivas told that these outcomes are driven by major reforms under Deregulation Phase-I, including simplified approvals, expanded online services, risk-based inspections, and reduced compliance burden for industries. Rajasthan Government Update

Key districts such as Jaipur, Jodhpur, Ajmer, and Kota continue to lead in approvals, while emerging districts including Didwana-Kuchaman, Phalodi, and Sirohi have shown strong growth momentum.

The State also witnessed robust investor interest, with investment intents exceeding ₹1.03 lakh crore in June 2026 across sectors such as Real Estate, Renewable Energy, Textiles, Tourism, and Gems & Jewellery. Rajasthan Government News Update in English

Women workforce participation is also improving across industrial units, with 26–32 percent women engaged in technical and operational roles. Provision of safe night-shift support, including pick-up and drop facilities, security, allowances, crèche, canteen, hygiene infrastructure, and grievance redressal systems, reflects effective policy support and industry efforts towards creating inclusive and productive workplaces.

The Government reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening digital governance, accelerating approvals, and advancing next-generation reforms to position Rajasthan as a leading investment destination in the country.
