ED has issued directives to attach properties of industrialists and builders who were connected with the Adarsh Credit Society scam. After a number of cases against the credit society in Jaipur SOG and Gurgaon District Court, ED issued directives that all properties of the industrialists and builders connected with this society scam be attached. This has created a havoc with all as crores of properties have been siezed.

To escape imprisonment, one of the industrialist of Udaipur reportedly filed for interim bail in Gurgaon court which was rejected. Warrants have been issued against all these people who are now running here and there to escape the clutches of law. The properties listed in this are: Riddhi Siddhi Infra project pvt. ltd, Riddhi Siddhi Infratech ltd, Regal Promoters pvt ltd, Regal Promoters build structure pvt. ltd, Vinayak build creation pvt. ltd, Radha Kishan developers and many more. 
Apart from this, properties in Jaipur, Jodhpur, Kota, Sirohi, Pali, Abu road have also been attached. It has been informed that there have been investments by these people in places other than Rajasthan as well.
