A Jet Airways flight that took off from Udaipur yesterday evening had to make an emergency landing back in Udaipur after a bird hit.

The Jet Airways flight bound to Jaipur from Udaipur took off at 5:45pm yesterday evening. Shortly after the take-off, the pilot realised that a bird had hit the aircraft. He informed the control room and was granted permission to land back.

60 passengers were travelling in the aircraft. The airlines refunded the air fare to all the passengers who had to then book an alternate arrangement for their travel.
