The E-Mitra centre operators in Udaipur observed a bandh on Tuesday as a result of which many people complained of their work being stuck. The band was observed with a demand to allow the E-Mitra operators to go ahead with making of Adhar cards as was done in the past. The centre operators said that they would work on the same rates as prescribed by government. They also assured that any E-Mitra operator’s work if found erroneous would not receive the support of the association. The E-Mitra association pledged to work with full honesty in the making of Adhar cards.
