A roadways employee threatened to immolate himself since the demands of employees were not being fulfilled. It may be noted that a strike by the roadways employees is going on for the past 20 days.

Sunderlal Damami threatened that he would immolate himself if the demands of the roadways employees are not fulfilled within 5 days. He said that he would carry out self-immolation at Collector’s office. He even forwarded videos in this matter which vent viral soon.

When the video reached police officials, Surajpole SI Adarsh Kumar went with his team and arrested Damami after which he was sent in judicial custody.
