Excise department has decided to go ahead with the auction of vehicles seized in different cases of illegal liquor and illegal transport.

58 vehicles were seized in Udaipur district. Most of the cases of seized vehicles date back to only 2 or 3 years. Excise department will be auctioning these vehicles, the process of which will be carried out in Excise office in Panchwati on 17^th January. 35 trucks, 4 cycles, 16 cars and LMVs and 3 motorcycles will be auctioned.

Anyone bidding will have to submit one fourth of the bidding amount. GST is applicable on the bid.26 vehicles were seized by the excise police under excise act and 32 vehicles are lying in various police stations. More details are available on the website of excise department.
