Expert discussion on Budget 2013-14 at PIMT

A discussion by the panel of experts was conducted today at Pacific Institute of Management and Technology (PIMT) about the union budget 2013-14 in which many well known professionals participated.

CA O P Chaplot, CA N K Singhvi, Senior Manager of Canera Bank I L Jain, Professor N K Dashora and Director of PIMT course Professor K K Dave participated in the discussion.

Starting with the event, Professor Dave welcomed the guests and explained the importance of understanding the budget for the students pursuing management studies.

O P Chaplot discussed the schemes and announcements made in the budget and said that without controlling the currency devaluation and corruption, proper execution of the budget would be difficult.

 I L Jain pointed out the effects of budget on the banking industry and welcomed the announcement of establishment of women’s bank.
