Deputy Mayor Paras Singhvi inspected the non-functional fountains in the Gulab Bagh on May 27,2024. Singhvi arrived at the site and was displeased with the state of disarray.

Upon seeing the condition, Singhvi immediately called the contractor responsible for the maintenance of the fountains. Expressing his dissatisfaction, he instructed a fine of Rs 15,000/- to be imposed on the contractor.

He also summoned the concerned municipal officer to the spot and expressed his displeasure with the situation. Singhvi directed the contractor to fix the fountains immediately.

After about three hours of effort, the contractor successfully repaired the fountains. The Deputy Mayor emphasized that any disorder in the municipal corporation's property would not be tolerated. He warned the officers to be vigilant in maintaining municipal properties.
