Udaipur has abundant migratory birds this season. The lake sides can be seen with a a variety of birds enjoying their stay in Lake City. 

The bird fest is coming up next month and the masses have been requested not to burst fire crackers as the noise and air pollution is quite likely to force the birds to move away from the city. They will then search for a new habitat and might not return to Udaipur. 

This year is about to come to come to an end and the arrangements for the parties welcoming the year 2020 are in full swing. No party goes without fire works as the moment the clock strikes 12, fire works welcome the new year. 

Administration and the lake lovers have appealed to stay away from bursting crackers to make the birds live in peace and without fear. As informed by a representative of the Lake Development Authority, the hotels alongside lakes which organise New Year parties every year have been specifically requested to keep away the fire crackers to maintain a healthy environment for the migratory birds.
