Sunday afternoon, a retired female teacher was taken aback when someone fired at her residence. As reported by Pushpa Jain of Ahinsapuri area, she was arranging her room when suddenly she heard the sound of some explosion. When she looked at her window, there were 2 holes on it. Some pieces of broken window hit her and she got injured.

She tried to find out as to who fired at her window but saw no one. Police were informed. No case of ransom, disputes or any kind of issue came to light. It is being suspected that probably somebody in the neighbourhood has a gun and the gun shots were merely an accident. Investigations are on to find out who all are in possession of gun in the neighbourhood.
