The general meeting of the Urban Development Trust was organized under the chairmanship of District Collector and UIT President Tarachand Meena. Several decisions were made during the discussion which included Rs. 25 crore for the construction of flyover at Paras Tiraha in the financial year 2023-24 and T-junction Govardhan Vilas at Old Chungi Naka.

This was decided in accordance with reducing traffic pressure on major intersections like Govardhan Vilas -Chungi Naka and Paras Tiraha on entering from Ahmedabad Road. An estimated cost of Rs. 14 crore has been proposed for the construction of the underpass. For both these works, a provision of Rs. 15 crore was kept in the budget for the financial year 2023-24.  

Construction of 4-lane bridge in place of 2- lane bridge built on Ayad River between Hiran Magri Sector-3 to Maddi Industrial area, budget announcement was made of Rs. 10 crore by CM Ashok Gehlot. For the financial year 2023-24 a provision of Rs. 10 crore has been made.
