Follow airport rules else you might end up paying fine.
Management of Airport Regulation has circulated strict rules for public not following rules at airport. These rules and regulations comprise of issues like hygiene and more importantly ethics. The regulations clarify that anyone breaking these rules stated under airport regulations will be fined upto 5000 rupees depending on the issue. The management has also stated that if anyone is found repeating these offences, he or she will be fined at 500 rupees per day.
To maintain transparency, the Management has enlisted different penalties for breach of rules. These rules are as follows:
Smoking at the airport, spitting of paan masala, inappropriate usage of baggage trolley, using aggressive language, spilling garbage and attempt to enter the airport terminal or runway without permission will attract a fine of 2000 rupees each. Carrying baggage over and above the permissible limit and parking vehicles in the no-parking zone will attract 3000 rupees as fine.

Unauthorised entry at the terminal or air side (beyond customs control), rush driving at airport or over speeding, entering the airport in drunken state, breach of peace, protests and show down at airport, use of banners and posters, interfering with the working of airport officials, throwing garbage or leaving vehicles at air side, entering the unauthorised zones on active runway, causing damage to the airport building and carrying out commercial activity without permission will attract a fine of 5000 rupees.
