A man took the help of social media to find the long lost friends and happiness rolled in. It often happens that we blame social media for making our lives more difficult or miserable. But when this platform makes you meet your old frinds, what would you say? As informed by Rajesh Sharma, some of the friends who parted ways to go on with life in 1992 met after a span of 25 years. Each one was overwhelmed at this re-union.

"Mera yaar hai tu" was the event organised to unite the batch mates who studied together till 10th grade and then lost touch as they moved on to different paths. Initially only 5-7 people connected, but gradually the numbers increased. The number went as high as 115 and this response was all that they wanted, dreamt of but somehow couldn't make it happen in 25 years. This event pulled in friends residing in different countries as well. Basically, social media was the reason behind their re-union and gave them memories for life.
