Gandhi Ground, situated in the heart of Udaipur city, is set to undergo significant improvements soon. The Municipal Corporation plans to re-issue tenders for the incomplete athletics track and other pending work at the sports ground. The Municipal Corporation aims to rectify this and ensure the successful completion of the proposed enhancements to Gandhi Ground.

In light of this, District Sports Officer Ajit Jain, along with officials from various sports associations, held a meeting with the Municipal Commissioner to address their concerns. Following this meeting, Municipal authorities conducted an on-site visit to Gandhi Ground to evaluate the status of the pending work.

According to District Sports Officer Ajit Kumar Jain, the upcoming new tenders for Gandhi Ground signals a fresh approach to preparing Cinder Athletics Track.
