The much awaited Garib Rath Express will begin its maiden journey from Udaipur Station today for Jammu. For the return journey, Garib Rath will leave Jammu Cantt on Thursday and will be back to Udaipur on Friday.

The train will have 11 coaches in Third AC. Department facilitated this train to connect Udaipur- Jammu overseeing the summer vacation season.

Garib Rath will make at least 13 to-and-fro journeys this season. The station where the train will halt includes Mavli, Chanderia, Bhilwara, Bijaynagar, Naseerabad, Ajmer, Kishangarh, Fulera, Jaipur, Dausa, Bandikui, Alwar, Kherthal, Rewadi, Bhiwani, Hissar, Jakhal, Dhuri, Ludhiana, Jalandhar and Pathankot.

Along with this, a new Volvo bus is now allotted on Udaipur-Jodhpur route by the Rajasthan State Transport Department. The bus will have 45 seats.

The route of bus will cover Rajnagar, Gaumti, Charbhujaji, Desuri, Nadol and Pali.
