The hole in the pocket has increased again and this time it is going to affect a common man’s kitchen to a great extent. This is the 3rd time that the rates of domestic gas cylinders have increased. Overall it is the 5th instance of the prices of domestic gas going high creating a bigger dent on the pocket this year.

Within a month the gas cylinder rates have jumped enough to disturb the budget. Masses are as it is suffering from the financial blow in the pandemic era and one after the other the lives of people are getting disrupted with the inflation graph speeding up the hill.

Domestic gas cylinders will now cost Rs. 825.50. It may be noted that the month of February is witnessing the third jump in the rates of domestic gas. It cost Rs. 750.50 in the first week of February, then it went up to 800 rupees which was unpleasant news and now the masses are going to be even more troubled as the rates have gone further up.

There are around 3 lakh consumers who are going to suffer extensively as this blow has come in the pandemic era which has already created a financial crunch. To top it all, the consumers are not getting the subsidy which had gone toppling down to 21 rupees as compared to 200 rupees.
