Govt Computer Teachers Protest against AdministrationRajasthan Computer Shikshak Sangh today presented a memorandum at the Division Commissioner’s office. The union demanded to regularize the post of instructors that were appointed by a tender passed by the government.

As the period of last tender is coming to an end, the government has initiated the process for invitation of new tenders, to enroll for computer teachers in the government school and colleges.

The union protested against renewal of tenders, as new tenders will lead to non-employment of existing computer instructors appointed through previous tender. The association demanded to regularize the posts of instructors and further demanded that with use of their experience, existing instructors should also be given opportunity in the State services.

The association also demanded to standardize the pay structure of computer instructors and to regularize their positions so as to free them from the stalking of the private companies. They expect necessary justice from the administration.

Mukul Acharya, Regional leader of the Sangh said, “The salary provided is not enough to run the house; Rs. 1500-Rs. 2800 is far too low than the others in the same profession; we insist on our demands as our people do fulfill all the level of qualifications required by the government for the position.”
