The Haj Committee of India had invited applications in August 2024 for pilgrims interested in going for Haj 2025 through the Haj Committee of India. The last date of applications was September 9, which was extended to September 23 and subsequently to September 30. The Qurrah or draw of lots (pilgrims selected in the first draw and the waiting list) is being done on October 7, and was telecast LIVE on the Haj Committee of India website. Pilgrims who had applied Haj 2025 can see the final list (which is state wise) here, on the HCoI Website.
The shortlisted and waitlisted pilgrims will be sent SMS immediately on their selection status. The following is the number of pilgrims selected statewise as per the Qurrah on October 7, 2024 (at the time of publishing this post - story under development):

The HCOI has also released a wait list after the first Qurrah on October 7 for states where the applicants were more than the allotted quota. The wait list has been declared for Chhattisgarh (204), Delhi (867), Gujarat (8585), Haryana (24), Karnataka (2310), Kerala (6046), Madhya Pradesh (2784), Maharashtra (5998), Tamil Nadu (1687), Telangana (2492) and Uttarakhand (10). Total number of pilgrims selected in the first draw (Qurrah) on October 7 is 1,20,702.
