HC Commissioner Checks No Construction Zone
Dinesh Mehta, Commissioner appointed by High Court inspected area around the lakes and dumping yard to examine the present condition of no construction zones around the shores of lakes in Udaipur and then addressed a common mass hearing at the Circuit House.
Many people came to meet the commissioner since early morning and narrated their problems regarding the laws of no construction zone which further stop them to renovate the frail buildings.

People said that those houses that were constructed long before this law, cannot construct a single room as per their need. Religious committee members also presented a memorandum for the same.
Dinesh Mehta listened positively to all the statements and then proceeded to inspect a hotel construction by Vardha Enterprises at Udaisagar. The commissioner visited the lake side and from there proceeded to Dumping Yard at Chitrakut Nagar. He was accompanied by related officers during his visits.
The report prepared by Dinesh Mehta will be presented to High Court. He also went to see Fateh Parakash Hotel and a hotel by Wolkem India. The Commissioner will visit Lake Pichola and Lake Fateh Sagar on Sunday 29 April.
