A couple beat up servant, a minor, and broke his leg. His parents filed a complaint in the police station. Child welfare committee members have given instructions for action to be taken against the accused.

17 year old Roop Singh, S/O Kan Singh of Dob village in Jhadol district , was working as a servant in the house of R.K.Dhabhai, resident of Rajput Modern Complex.

On the night of 21st February, Dhabhai’s daughter Divya and son-in-law Venkat blamed Roop Singh for stealing and started kicking and punching the boy. They also pushed him to the floor and thrashed him with a stick as a result of which he suffered a leg fracture.

Roop Singh’s parents lodged a report in Sukher police station but the police filed complaint on a plain paper and took the boy for medical examination to Maharana Bhupal Hospital. Thereafter, Roop Singh’s parents met Harish Paliwal and Rajkumari Bhargava of the Child Welfare Committee and asked for a legal action against R.K.Dhabhai and family. Sukher police have been instructed to take strict action against the accused.
