The High Court has asked MLS University to give pension to 45 Pensioners resolving the issue of pending pensions. The University was directed by High Court to give pension to remaining 45 people whose allowance was pending from Sept. 2013 to Dec. 2013.

Welcoming the court’s decision, pensioners expressed their gratitude and thanked everyone who supported them.

Dr. PC. Malu, Action committee member of the society said, “We welcome the verdict of court and also hope that the remaining 10 people will also get their pensions soon.”

45 pensioners had filed petition in High Court on 17^th March and the decision came on 22^nd March.

An annual review meeting of Rajasthan Pensioner’s Society was also conducted today at society’s office inside collectorate.

Various issues were discussed in the meeting regarding funds, health programs, publishing of souvenir etc.
