750 applicants underwent physical test for the post of home guard in a session conducted today at Police Line. Applicants who will be shortlisted will appear for an interview tomorrow.

Started in morning at 7 am and continued till early evening, the two day test was further divided into number of physical exercises.

According to Vijay Singh Bamu, commandant Home Guard, Jaipur, “The posts have been now increased from 40 to 70.” He added, “The applicants were divided into four categories viz. general, ST, SC and OBC.”

Tests consisted of number of physical exercises like running, dips and squat followed by checking physique. Documents of 70 selected applicants will be send to Jaipur and will undergo training.
