City witnessed two incidents of fire today (Monday). Thankfully, both the fires were brought under control and there was no loss of life or injury in any of the incidents.

In the first incident, a motor garage engaged in work involving LPG gas caught fire. The garage is situated in Titardi area. Upon information, 5 fire brigade tankers reached the spot. Thankfully the fire was brought under control in time else the cylinders in the area may have caught fire leaving to loss of life and property.

In the second incident, a house in Hiran Magri caught fire after short circuit. The house is located in Azad Nagar area of Hiran Magri. The fire brigade tankers reached the spot on information and brought the fire in this area also under control.
