Gujarati tourists entered Udaipur city long back but since Dhanteras, the city is witnessing more of tourists from Gujarat who are very likely to stay until Annakoot. It is a well known fact that Gujarati people frequent Nathdwara every Diwali as Lord Krishna is their deity.

Most of the hotel bookings have been done online and tourists are also rushing to Chittorgarh. Even the RTDC hotels are packed with tourists and are going to stay packed until next 15 days, as informed by an RTDC official. The city is witnessing more of Gujarati and Bengali tourists now-a-days.
