A racket involved in selling of tribal women of Udaipur and the areas of Rajasthan bordering Gujarat was unveiled after a woman was sold to agents in Gujarat. Reportedly, this tribal woman was pushed into prostitution. Some more information has been derived on this human trafficking issue. Police teams are camping in Gujarat to find more details on this and are trying to find the whereabouts of all the missing tribal women.

On Saturday, Panarva police had arrested the victim’s lover and an agent in the case of kidnapping and rape of this tribal victim. The accused lover Vijay Singh duped his childhood girlfriend and took her to Gujarat where he sold her to agent Ramji Parmar and Leelaben in 2 lakh rupees. These agents pushed the victim into prostitution and later forced her into marriage with Mahendra Singh and took money from him. The victim somehow managed to escape from the clutches of Mahendra Singh, reached her village and told the villagers about her sufferings. Police have begun their search for the people involved in human trafficking. Leelaben and her accomplices are yet to be arrested.

As per information, Leelaben and her accomplices are always hunting for females of tribal areas as there is shortage of females in a certain community. They kidnap females and push them into flesh trade. The victim had revealed all these details to police who is now on the lookout for all the kidnappers, agents and the kidnapped females.
