Udaipur, January 8, 2025 - On Tuesday, January 7, 2025, the UDA sealed an illegal construction site in the revenue village of Nela. The action was taken after the construction violated regulations by cutting into a hill, despite repeated warnings from UDA officials.

The operation was carried out under the direction of UDA Commissioner Rahul Jain. A team led by UDA Tehsildar Dr. Abhinav Sharma targeted the illegal construction on land numbered 1671 and 1457. The violators had ignored previous notices and continued their activities, prompting the UDA to take decisive action by sealing the site.

Dr. Abhinav Sharma emphasized that the UDA will remain vigilant and take strict measures against such violations. He stated that illegal hill cutting not only damages the environment but also poses risks to the stability of the area.

During the operation, key personnel, including Bharat Hathaya, Abhay Singh, Vijay Nayak, Abhimanyu Singh, and Hitendra Tanwar, along with Home Guard personnel, were present to assist in sealing the site.

The UDA has warned that similar strict actions will be taken in the future to curb unauthorized construction.
