All India bank employees are likely to be on strike on Wednesday, 8th January 2020. The bankers have various demands and dissatisfaction is driving them to carry out this strike. 

Bank officers and other bank employees have warned of a strike on 8th January. All India Bank Employees Association, All India Bank Officers Association, Bank Employees Federation of India, Indian National Bank Employees Federation of India and Indian National Bank Officers have called for this strike.

The demands of the bankers have gone unfulfilled and they are most likely to carry out the strike raising their voices against the injustice they are facing. 

A quick action is demanded on the 11th pay commission, merger of banks should be stopped, filling up vacancies in banks, allow the banks to take action against the NPAs, etc. are among the demands of the bankers of India.
