The Directorate of College Education, Rajasthan, has directed all the government colleges of Rajasthan to increase the intake in the First Year by 20 seats as per requirement in each stream.

As a result of this announcement, there was a sigh of relief among students of Meera Girl’s College.  Earlier this month, the students had staged a protested to increase the intake.  Now, the government has fulfilled the demands of the students as a gift for them at the beginning of the session 2013-14.

Dr. Savita Joshi, Principal, Meera Girls’s College said, “It is a matter of joy for the students as well as for us. By the increase of the intake, even more students will be benefited by power of education and will be able to build a bright future ahead.”
