In order to impede all illegal construction activities in the city, Municipal Council team seized the under constructed building of JB Hospital at Hiran Magri Sector-5 today. The building is owned by Dr. Shankar Bhanuda who is also an ex-MLA from Kapasan.

The flying squad team of Municipal Council seized the hospital building for illegal construction.

According to sources, today, after receiving the information of construction work going on by the owner, the squad under the supervision of R.O. Nanalal Regar, M.L. Samar and the officials of Revenue Department Council reached J.B. Hospital and seized the illegally constructed building.

Dr. Bhanuda also tried to convince officials and showed few documents to them but ultimately the construction was seized.
