A 180 bhp jet boat is the new queen going to rule the waters of the most elegant lake of Udaipur.

Started from July 31, this step of adding boats like Jet boat, Jet Ski and Shikara, is a part of gaining good tourist response as the tourist season is approaching soon(from October).

Jet boat has also been introduced to encourage water sports, this 7-seater boat is a blaze on water; it reaches a top speed of up to 100-120 kmph.

Giving the specifications of the boat, Ashraf Khan from M.M Travels (the company which has been given the contract of boating in Lake Fateh Sagar) said “This new jet boat is manufactured by a world renowned company Maxum. It costs around Rs. 15-16 Lacs and Udaipur has one of the only 8 such boats available in India.”

To enjoy the livid water-ride one will have to shell out Rs.200 for a 3 minutes trip, if one is a foreign tourist, then the cost will be just double i.e. Rs.400 for 3 minutes. For every one extra minute an additional Rs. 100 will be charged.
