A family was in for a shock when some jewellery boxes got stolen during a wedding event. As reported in Sukher police station, a wedding ceremony was going on in Gyangarh Vatika near Navratan complex on Wednesday night. The bride was blessed with jewellery and cash by friends and relatives which were kept in a bag. The contents in the bag were worth 2.5 lakhs.

Rajendra Singh of Panchwati reported that the bag got stolen during the event. Police searched through all the CCTV footages available from the nearby buildings but could not get any clue about the thief.
