On Tuesday, in a meeting of Library and Cultural Committee the topic was once again discussed. Now the Ziniret Chowk will be known by the name of Kanak Madhukar.
Apart from this, Meera Community Hall at Shivaji Nagar will be called as Meera Yatri Niwas. Mayor Govind Singh Tank said that the renaming process will be carried out soon. He also took deatils of the library at Jagdish Chowk. When the Mayor came to know that people take books from the library but do not return in the prescribed time limit, he issued directives that 5 rupee per day as late fee must be charged from the concerned person.
The coronavirus topic was the common topic of discussion and the Mayor laid instructions for the masses to be careful. He insisted on no mass gathering, no public assemblies, and that no such programme be held wherein too many people collect at a place.
