A judge flying on Kolkata-Delhi route was so shocked at what he saw that he issued a set of guidelines for the cabin crew. He saw that the mandates were not being followed in the flight and issued a 7-point order for the cabin crew. 

While in the flight, the judge noticed that the passengers were either not wearing masks the proper way or were stubbornly reluctant to wear the masks. This was quite a shock for the judge that the people in the pandemic era were not following the mandates.

This forced the judge to issue a fresh set of guidelines as per which the cabin crew is empowered to take strict action against the passenger where they can offload the passenger not following the mandates. If the flight has taken off and the passenger is not following directives, the airlines should take action against the passenger which includes permanent barring from flying.

The judge also asked the airlines to amend their in-flight announcements reminding passengers to keep their mask on during the entire flight and wear the mask properly. The airline must also underline the penal action that will follow when the rules are not adhered to.
