The attempt to kidnap daughter of Bar association’s President has put the lady advocate and her companion in police remand.

It may be noted that the lady advocate has been accused of threatening the President of bar association. She had said that she would go to any extent if she is not included as a member in the association. Furthermore she attempted kidnapping the bar association President’s daughter when her wish was not fulfilled.

As per latest news, the contractor who accompanied the lady advocate to the court is well acquainted with her and was trying to fit her into some company as a legal advisor. He was at Sukhadia circle when the lady advocate summoned him to court. He was bashed up by the other lawyers when the lady advocate tried to kidnap the little girl.

News has it that there is a case registered against this contractor in Sukher police station. This case pertains to molestation. Police is also trying to find details about contractor through Jodhpur police. As per sources, gold chain in the little girl’s neck was recovered from this contractor. Angry lawyers damaged the lady advocate’s car when they witnessed the kidnapping incident yesterday.

Both the lady advocate and the companion contractor are now on a 4-day police remand.
