Udaipur’s Lakshit Parmar Defies Odds, Scores 100% in RBSE Class 10

Udaipur, April 27, 2026 - Talented student Lakshit Parmar from Udaipur has proven that physical limitations are insignificant in front of intellectual strength. Despite battling a serious condition like Cerebral Palsy, Lakshit has set a new benchmark by scoring 100% marks in the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) Class 10 examination (Divyang category).

In recognition of this extraordinary achievement, a special felicitation ceremony was organised today at Arth Diagnostic Centre.

At the event, Dr Arvinder Singh, CEO of Arth Diagnostic Centre and president of Panacea Disability Rights Activists (PDRA), honoured Lakshit for his historic accomplishment. Speakers on the occasion lauded Lakshit’s success as not just a personal victory but an inspiration for millions of children with disabilities who aspire to rise above their physical limitations and achieve greatness.

Lakshit’s father Dinesh Kumar Parmar became emotional while sharing that Lakshit is unable to use his hands and legs and had to be carried to school. He cannot even write his own name, for which he had to take the help of a “writer” during the Board examination. However, his determination is so strong that he studied for 3–4 hours daily and enjoys reading motivational books like Atomic Habits. Lakshit now aims to prepare for civil services and serve the nation.

Lakshit delivered a deeply inspiring message to the gathering saying, “We should not feel sad about what has happened or what we do not have. We should focus only on our future and keep shining through our hard work.” He emphasised that if determination is strong, no physical limitation can stop one from moving forward.

Dr Arvinder Singh said, “Brilliant students like Lakshit have the power to change society’s mindset. Our organisation is always committed to their rights and a better future.” He described Lakshit as the pride of Udaipur and wished him a bright future.
