Udaipur, October 24, 2024 - Residents of Salavata village of Karakala Gram Panchayat in Jhallara tehsil, have spotted a leopard along with its three cubs in broad daylight. This has led to fear among the locals.

Villager Sajjan Singh informed that the animal frequently hunts down livestock in the area. It has made a den in a nearby forest and yesterday, October 23, the three cubs were also seen near an old, abandoned school building in the village.

The people of the area shared a photo of the leopard and its cubs near a water tank. In the past, a leopard had also been captured on CCTV footage at the home of a local resident, Fateh Singh.

Residents are now demanding that the animals be captured to ensure their safety.
