It was in the morning at around 10:30a.m. when it started raining in the city with roaring of cloud, a flash of lightning extensively torned the wall between houses of Bansi Lal Sahu and Amrit Lal Moti located at Jogiwara, Nehru Bazar.
Approximately a crack of 3 inch sliced the concrete wall between both the houses. Bansi Lal who is a shopkeeper in Mandi has immediately shifted with his family to his relative’s house nearby.
A team of Municipal Corporation has reached the spot for investigation. Ward no. 43 councilor Krishankant Kumawat who inspected the site said, “though both buildings are looking safe but if the crack gets wider in coming months we advice the housekeepers to repair it urgently.”
According to the reports, both the buildings were constructed 35 years back.
