Low Visibility Disrupts Udaipur Flights

Low visibility conditions at Dabok Airport...

Flights delayed Udaipur Airport

At around 12:00 pm in the afternoon, Udaipur experienced a little bit of mist. The lakes and nearby hills were delicately shrouded in a veil of fog, creating a serene atmosphere. According to the weather department, visibility was restricted to 500 meters until 5:30 in the morning. However, by 8:00 AM there was a noticeable improvement, with visibility extending to 900 meters.

Unfortunately, the low visibility conditions at Dabok Airport had repercussions on flights to Delhi, Mumbai, and Jaipur. Passengers experienced disruptions as a result of the weather conditions affecting the airport's operations.

The Indigo flight from Delhi to Udaipur had to be diverted to Jaipur due to dense fog. Similarly, the Indigo flight from Jaipur to Udaipur was redirected to Ahmedabad. Unfortunately, these diversions resulted in significant inconvenience for passengers, as most flights experienced delays.

The challenging weather conditions, particularly dense fog, impacted the region on the previous Tuesday. This, in turn, affected the schedule of morning flights, causing disruptions in the travel plans of many passengers. The unexpected diversions and delays underscored the challenges posed by adverse weather conditions in air travel.
