Farmer agitation is back. Reportedly, this kisan andolan or the mahapadav is happening tomorrow at Commissioner’s office.

Sources say that tomorrow, 1^st May, farmers will march towards Commissioner’s office and begin with their mahapadav. A rally will also be organised prior to this mahapadav. As per co-ordinator Ramesh Nandwana, farmers are back with their demands of land patta, right price for crops, buying crops at support value and other related matters.

As per reports, government opened centres for buying crops at support value but these centres do not open at convenient timings. As a result, wheat is being sold at 1400 rupees a quintal. This is a creating a huge loss for the farmers. Kisan movement will not stop after mahapadav. Protests and showdowns have been warned of and this time ladies will also be joining the movement. It has been reported that many farmers left their homes on Sunday night on foot and after halting for the night started their march again on Monday morning.
