A man filed a complaint against his daughter-in-law and her brother for beating him mercilessly. The case has been reported in Bhupalpura police station.

As reported by Shankar Lal Chowdhary (74), his daughter-in-law Sunita and her brother Harish beat him mercilessly with hockey stick. His son did not even bother to come to his aid while he was being hit. The man’s wife is a paralytic so she was forced to helplessly watch her husband getting beaten by daughter-in-law.

Shaknkar Lal retired from services from Jawar Mines and is currently looking after his ailing wife. His son and daughter-in-law live in a separate portion and his son runs a shop. As per Shankar Lal, his daughter-in-law spoke badly to this wife against which he protested. After a short while, the daughter-in-law called her brother and both of them started hitting Shankar Lal with hockey stick. When police confronted the son, he tried to brush it away saying it is a family matter.
