A man found himself duped when he discovered that EMIs were due on the second hand car he bought. The car has been seized.

Pravin Singh Asolia bought a car from Dilip Mali s/o Bhanwar Lal Mali in 5.25 lakhs. He got the shock of his life when the bank approached him in the process of seizing the car. The case was reported to Bhupalpura police station as per which Dilip Mali, the previous car owner, did not pay EMIs due on the car and sold it without even intimating the buyer Pravin Singh.

FIR has been lodged by Pravin Sigh Asoliya against Dilip Mali. He mentioned that he paid 5.25 lakh rupees in cash to Dilip Mali for the car. A case of fraud has been registered against Dilip Mali.
