Hemant Lohar, a 17-year-old young lad fighting with Cancer, found his wish came true today. He was declared as Principal of Pacific Medical College for one day and handled all responsibilities that comes with it.

Hemant, resident of Gogunda is on the fourth stage of Cancer. Upon discovering his wish to be a principal of Medical College, doctors passed on the appeal to the administration at Pacific and it was acknowledged.

After the formal declaration of Hemant being the principal for one day, a meeting was organized where Hemant addressed the students and conversed with them. He also asked them to keep away from negative factors and study well to excel in the field.

Dr. SS Surana, Principal, Pacific Medical College quoted, “We are very happy that we could fulfill his (Hemant’s) wish. I personally would be very happy if we can do the same for all such patients.”

To add to the already fantastic day for the young man, administration also took the responsibility for Hemant’s further treatment.

Members of faculty and administration along with Dr. SS Surana, Dr. DP Agrawal and Dr. KC Vyas were present at the college.
