A massive vehicle rally was taken out today by the Bar Association members in continuation of their demand for setting up of a high court.

The vehicle rally came as part of the serial protest that has been going on since 16-April in demand of the High Court bench in Udaipur. Demand for a high court bench has been long pending and the lawyers are determined to get their demand met.

As part of the protest a massive vehicle rally with two-wheeler and four-wheeler participation was taken out. The rally saw participation from a large number of advocates and members of various social groups in the city.

The rally started from Court Circle and after passing through Delhi Gate, Surajpole, Jhini Ret, Ghantaghar, Hathipole and Chetak, ended at Court Circle.

The protesting members threatened that if their demand is not met then the ruling party will have to face the consequences in the upcoming assembly elections.
