A mentally disabled boy was found moving around in Clock Tower area. People asked him about his family but he was unable to provide any details. The residents of the area informed police who handed over the boy to Child Welfare Committee (CWC).

BK Gupta, member of CWC said that the boy is mentally disturbed. He disclosed his name as Rizwan and also wrote it down in English. The boy has now been sent to shelter home in Narayan Seva Sansthan in Badi. Superintendent of MB Hospital has been issued directives to find details regarding the boy’s age, his mental condition and physical health and give the report to CWC. The accent of the boy indicates that he could be from Bihar.
