A 2-day old neonate was abandoned by her merciless parents in Pratapnagar area. The parents of this girl child are yet to be found. The child has been sent to MB hospital child care centre.

Someone heard cries of the neonate and searched for the source. A 2-day old neonate was found hidden in a hole covered with grass. There was dung on the boy of the neonate. The area where the child was found is known as Gametiyon ka mohalla. It is really shocking that parents had the heart to abandon their child; and this was probably done because the baby is female.
