The sun's rays now prick on the skin.

The temperature has gone to 37.2 degrees, as recorded on 7th April. This was 40.4 degrees as per the comparative chart between 2019 and 2020 in April. Summer season has arrived somewhat late this year.

The sun is shining bright and the the sun's rays are quite pricking but since the lockdown period is going on, people are not moving out in the sun but the heat can be felt.

Woolens are now being packed, though by this time this work is usually over. Winter season had a prolonged effect and even now a little bit of cold can be felt during late night. Coolers and ACs have begun their work. The minimum temperature recorded on Tuesday 7th April was 21 degrees. Summer wear is back on the shelf.

The only question is that will the heat affect the pandemic? The answers are yet indefinite. There are various thought patterns going on regarding the effect of growing heat on coronavirus. Nothing can be said with a certainty as the hot regions of Rajasthan like Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, Kota and Bikaner are witnessing a spread of this pandemic.
