On Friday, July 19,2024, a technical glitch in Microsoft's cloud services disrupted flights to and from Udaipur.

One flight from Mumbai to Udaipur and two flights from Delhi were cancelled. Additionally, one flight each from Jaipur and Delhi arrived 40 minutes to an hour late. Passengers on the three cancelled flights to Mumbai and Delhi had to return empty-handed after waiting for hours.

Indigo Flight

IndiGo flight 5173, scheduled to depart from Mumbai at 5:40 PM and arrive in Udaipur at 7:00 PM, was cancelled. The flight 6E 6084 from Delhi to Udaipur, scheduled to depart at 8:30 PM, was also cancelled. Another flight from New Delhi, scheduled to depart at 5:55 PM, was unable to take off.

Vistara Flight

Vistara flight UK-627, scheduled to depart from Delhi at 1:20 PM, arrived about 40 minutes late, taking off at 2:00 PM. Additionally, the IndiGo flight from Jaipur to Udaipur arrived one hour late.
